Annette Gantt is the founder of Gantt Consulting, an organization and leadership development consulting practice. For 20 years, she held senior positions where she helped leadership teams, board members, and individuals work more effectively, achieve their missions, and increase the return on investment to funders and stakeholders. She leads in the spirit of collaboration and teamwork, always striving for excellence, coaching others towards success, and being a trust worthy person.

Prior to launching Gantt Consulting, LLC, Annette held positions of vice president, president/CEO and executive director. Some of her accomplishments include leading and developing teams that achieved strategic goals; replication and expansion of organizations; development and implementation of effective programs; facilitation of capacity building training and workshops; management and development of board of directors, and the maintenance of effective private, public, nonprofit and funder partnerships.

A strategic thinker and problem-solver, Annette is known for her passion to improve the lives of individuals, organizations, and families. She believes that building the capacity of nonprofit and for profit organizations will lead to a stronger nation.

Annette earned her Master of Science in Management from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. MORE
